Established Livonia Lawn Maintenance company seeks a qualified candidate to join our team. We are seeking a well rounded, self motivated hard working individual with a good work ethic that can work well with others as well as unsupervised with a common goal of completing the days schedule within a timely manner. Our main customer base consists of residential homes so an attention to detail is a must. We average 30-35 homes on a average day depending on the size of the lots. We normal stop around 1 for lunch. Normal hours of operation are 8 AM to 5 ish PM Monday thru Friday and some Saturdays maybe required depending on work load and weather. Sometimes un for seen things happen and we may run a little later so 5 ish is NOT always a guarantee. You will be joining a 4 man team that is owner/operated and knows exactly how long it takes to do each property so that is where the self motivation and hard working comes into play. Also the ability to recognize and realize that every company operates differently and there are reasons for this. Our reasons for doing the things the way we do them is that's what the customer expects and pays for so that's how it gets done. The main duties of this position will be whipping, edging and blowing to start and as you learn the properties cutting will come in due time.
