No experience is required, our systems and processes are fairly easy and can be learned in 2 weeks. 1.) WHY This Position Exists: - To CONNECT on a personal level with clients concerning their property needs - To LEAD with care and precision your landscape team members - To COMMUNICATE seamlessly and report directly to Field Manager and Estimator. - To CREATE landscapes that add value to clients real estate and increase their enjoyment of it 2.) WHAT Work is Required: - WORK ETHIC demonstrated in the areas of - efficiency on and off the jobsite - equipment operation and maintenance - landscape material delivery - lawn and yard maintenance 3.) HOW the Work Should be Performed: - With CARE for coworkers and clients in and out of the business environment - With EFFICIENCY to carry out job items and work tasks - With QUALITY and attention to detail always in mind - With a POSITIVE attitude, eager to learn and build yourself and the business Our company hires its higher managers from within, by taking this position, we encourage you to learn and grow into these higher positions. Compensation: We use a pay-for-performance structure with a base rate of at least $16/hr and 33% of labor revenue going back to you. We offer referral bonus and allow access to an audible account to listen to during work. Pay will be automatically deposited into Candidate account biweekly. Schedule: During the busy season, March – November, although not guaranteed, Candidate can expect to work 30-40 Hours Per Week. During the off season of December-February, hours (although not guaranteed) will be 10-20. This is completely dependent on weather conditions.
