Job Description: Marketing and Outreach Do you enjoy talking to people? Would you like to help people save energy and dollars through utility programs? This may be the right job for you! Join Synergy's team of professionals to help promote energy efficiency programs, provided by the utility companies at no cost (or rebated) to the customer, in order to help the utility providers meet their energy efficiency goals. Our anaheim office is located on N Red Gum Street and serves orange county. Synergy Companies has been in business for over 40 years (www.synergycompanies.org) serving residential and commercial customers. Duties/Expectations: Successfully complete in-field and office training Enroll customers into utility programs, collect customer information Put in a 40 hour work week (flexible hours) Report daily results to management Attend bi-weekly sales trainings and become proficient in promoting program offerings Stay sharp and up to date through continual training and on-going education Represent Synergy Companies as a polished, polite, professional and knowledgeable representative with a focus on customer satisfaction Skills/Qualifications: Excellent communication skills Ability to work well with people Ability to problem solve Self-motivated Fluency in Spanish language is a plus Basic computer skills Some Benefits Include: Health Insurance available for full-time employees *Employee's insurance is covered with option of family coverage to be added at employee's expense Company 401k matching plan available after one year of employment Paid vacation available after 1 year of employment Hourly and Commission available $40k - $75k annually Reply to the CL link with your resume/info.
