• Ability to multi-task, Organizational Skills
• Customer service skills.
• Geographical knowledge of service area, knowledge of Plumbing industry is
recommended but not required.
• Computer skills a must as you will be using office and Data Entry software.
• Two years related experience and/or training in customer service,
dispatching or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Greeting clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Communicate professionally, in a clear and concise manner
• Maintain a professional work environment at all times.
• Demonstrate prompt and consistent attendance
• Be a team player, dealing effectively with co-workers and customers at all
levels
• Perform administrative duties (filing, photocopying and faxing) in an efficient
and timely manner.
• Complete word processing tasks (correspondence, reports, memo,
proposals, charts, agreements, etc.)
• Complete projects, as requested.Assist technicians ensuring they turn in
their work orders completed and weekly timecards
• Proficient in Word and Internet research.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required.
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products,
services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively
listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the
company's customer service policies
• Other duties as requested
• Pay attention to details and instructions
• Be prompt, dependable, reliable, and responsible
