Handyman/carpenter/ punch list person for construction remodel

Seeking to hire a handyman/carpenter/ punch list person to work alongside a Licensed GC. Full time only, Monday-Friday. Primary Job is the remodel of distressed properties. We are seeking someone with experience in some/all of these areas: demolition, drywall repair, paint, trim carpentry, cabinet install, minor plumbing, tile work, flooring and framing. All tools and equipment are provided by contractor. Pay based on level of experience, leadership skills, work history and knowledge of tools. Incentives include paid vacation & personal time and holidays. Raises and job bonuses to make more money are available as an incentive. Job Requirements: 21 years or older Reliable transportation to jobsite. Valid driver’s license is a plus Must be able to pass background check and drug test Most jobs are in Eastern Hillsborough County. Apply at Email for application
