Residential Roofing Site Supervisor - Will train if you have the right stuff. $2500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS** *Paid Vacation *Health Insurance *Company Vehicle We are seeking a Roofing Site Supervisor to join our Cedar Rapids team! You will oversee the activities of our residential Production crews and report directly to our Production Manager. The Roofing Site Supervisor is responsible for supporting and coordinating all job site operations. This position supports our roofing crew leaders to effectively and efficiently perform the functions of their jobs in order to increase production. Preferred Education and Experience: • High School Diploma or equivalent • 2-5 years of experience in residential roofing installation • Job site management experience • Previous quality management experience not required. • Knowledge of production tools and equipment • Strong leadership qualities Preferred Education and Experience: • Associate degree • Experience in the roofing/construction industry • Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Schedule: • Monday to Friday and some Saturdays Experience: • Production: 2 years (Required) • Roofing: 2 years (Required) • supervisory: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: • On the road Work Remotely: • No Benefits: • Health Insurance • Paid Vacation • Company Vehicle • $2500 employment benefit after 90-day probation** Location • CEDAR RAPIDS IOWA
