We are a family owned Water Restoration Company that is rapidly growing in the Inland Empire. We are looking for talented people who are interested in long-term employment with a great company. Opportunity: We are looking for a Project Manager to work on residential projects in the Inland Empire area. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting Sub-contractors on various job sites and should have a strong working knowledge of residential construction methods, systems and trades. Job Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage project teams with daily on-site duties Proactively resolve project issues Development and updating of project schedule Management of project from start to finish, including maintaining budgets and timelines Communicate with homeowners, inspectors, and subcontractors Subcontractor management Light Permit pulling Run approximately 12-15 jobs at any given time. Integrate yourself in the business community as a representative of JCS Restoration Inc. Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience Strong leadership skills Valid Driver’s License required and ability to drive throughout Southern California Strong prioritization and organizational skills Understanding of construction finance (estimates, budgets, cash flow, projections) Understanding of water and fire damage restoration.
