Responsibilities Include: * Selects fruit for arrangements * Wash, peel and/or cut various fruit to prepare for arranging * Dipping Strawberries in Chocolate * Package arrangements or dipped fruit * Receive and store fruit supplies, equipment, and utensils in refrigerators and other storage areas * Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with the cleaning standards ; Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes * Remove trash and clean kitchen waste containers * Demonstrates a strong understanding of product knowledge and quality standards Schedule: Monday, Thursday, Saturday. (Flexible schedules are a plus!) Typical start time: 9 AM From 4 to 8 h shift
