Ornamental Fence Solutions is looking for fence foremen and helpers. Framers are encouraged to apply. **This is a FULL TIME, Hourly position. **Must be legal to work in the USA, able to pass a drug screen and a background check. **Must have drivers license and have reliable transportation. We are a full service fence company. While most of our work is in aluminum and steel, we also install custom wood. Most of our projects have some custom aspect to the job. We fabricate custom gates, railings, ect. While production is important, we are most interested in a job done right. Our work is at homes and commercial businesses. As such, a professional appearance and demeanor is a minimum expectation. We are looking for the right staff. We are looking for those who can perform the following: *Ability and a desire to learn new products and methods of installation. *Ability to communicate clearly with and train those that work with you. *Experience in fence and fence products: Aluminum, Steel, Wood, Chain link (commercial and residential) *Layout a job site and work out minor issues that come up. *Organize, Plan and Prioritize work * Operate and maintain the equipment provided to perform fence installations. *Assemble gates, wood panels, ect. * Able to lift and carry 80# * Every job site is different- we need someone to be able to think creatively to solve job site issues that may arise. Someone who can communicate with the office and the client, to achieve the best possible long term solution. We are a full service firm. We have year round work with long term clients. Our work day normally runs from 7-4 Monday through Friday. We do work on Saturday from time to time. Most of our work is local. However we do perform work out of town. Most of the time we drive back and forth, but an out of town stay for a couple nights may be required occasionally. Our pay scale is aggressive. In addition to an hourly wage/ OT, we reward those with Quarterly bonuses when production / quality goals are met.
