Ornamental Fence Solutions is looking for shop helper. **This is a FULL TIME, Hourly position. **Must be legal to work in the USA, able to pass a drug screen and a background check. **Must have drivers license and have reliable transportation. We are a full service fence company. While most of our work is in aluminum and PVC. Most of our projects have some custom aspect to the job. We fabricate custom gates, railings, etc. While production is important, we are most interested in a job done right. We are looking for the right person to work primarily in the shop. We need someone to organize the materials and product that comes in and out. We need staff to be able to assemble fence panels in both Aluminum and PVC. We are looking for those who can perform the following: *Ability and a desire to learn new products and methods of installation. *Ability to communicate clearly and follow directions. *Read a tape measure and make accurate cuts. *Organize, Plan and Prioritize work * Assemble aluminum panels/ PVC fence panels * Learn to operate a CNC machine. * Drive and operate a fork lift safely * Load/ unload trucks and reposition materials in the proper area *Assemble gates, wood panels, ect. * Able to lift and carry 80# * Assist with installations as needed ** We will train the right candidates. We are a full service firm. We have year round work with long term clients. Our work day normally runs from 7-4 Monday through Friday. Our pay scale is aggressive. In addition to an hourly wage/ OT, we reward those with Quarterly bonuses when production / quality goals are met.
