Demo Job-Residential: Day Labor

I am looking for about 5-6 workers each day until completion. I will have 2, 40 yard dumpsters on site Friday of this week. This is strictly a demo job for a house flip. It will be completely stripped to the studs, and everything loaded into the dumpsters minus a few personal items I will be trying to save for the current family. 8-10 hour days, I'm paying 12.00/HR cash. The only thing I am looking for is workers that are hard working. I do not want people who will take smoke breaks every 5 minutes. I'm a smoker and you can keep them going while you work. Lets just get in and get it finished.... The only tools really needed will be hammer, and razor knife... saw zall is a plus.... I'm currently looking to work the weekends, until we see how it goes with the crew then we can push for a full weeks worth of work. Depending on the work ethic of individuals in the crew, we have availability within the company for full time. We are slammed full with work, hopefully some of yall can make a full time job out of this... showing up on time and making progress each day is all that matters. Thank you
