Our Company: The Multivista Exact-Built system creates a comprehensive, indexed permanent record of entire construction projects, from groundbreaking through completion. Every wall. Every ceiling. Every system. Multivista is seeking experienced operations personnel for its Houston, Texas market. As a member of the Multivista team, your duties will include: Performing photographic documentation on commercial and residential construction sites; Coordinating with third-party project personnel; Managing project schedules / scheduling photo shoots; Some travel within Texas may be required Position is full-time. Hourly schedule will fluctuate. Compensation commensurate with experience. Positions are being considered on a full-time basis. Located in Houston, TX. Requirements: Education: High School or equivalent required; Bachelor Degree preferred. Experience: At least two years of experience within the construction industry; on-site experience highly preferred; Photography experience NOT required, training will be provided; Computer proficiency; Clean driving record; Clear ability to read blueprints, construction drawings and other construction documents. Demonstrable ability to manage schedule; OSHA 10 hour certification preferred; Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; Team player and career-oriented; PLEASE NOTE: This position includes photo-documentation, but specialized/artistic photography experience is not required as it is technical photography. A general knowledge of the construction industry is preferred as it requires 60% work in the field. Contract/freelance applicants will not be considered.
