Handyman needed

I am looking for a skilled handyman to help me with getting some fixes in two homes I own. One is in Virginia and the other in Aurora. One home is a foreclosure that has not had utilities for at least a year. The gig can be as short as a day or potentially as long as a month or more, depending on if it’s a good fit for the jobs. Here are some examples of the work needed: - leaking roof fix from ice dam area - window replacement - new siding (James Hardie siding) - broken water line fixes - testing of septic drain field and associated pump - get oil furnace in garage running/working - get appliances working once power is restored
