PROFESSIONAL COATINGS TECHNICIAN Well-established, detail-oriented flooring and concrete polishing installation company seeking full-time technicians/installers. Must be 18 years or older. The new hire Installer must be able to have a positive attitude, be reliable and work well independently & with others. You must possess the ability to independently think and solve problems on the job site.  In-depth knowledge not required, willing to train the right candidate. Full-time employment opportunity is available. Qualifications are below: Requirements:  Knowledge of/ skilled in installing decorative flooring systems, polishing/staining concrete, epoxy coatings, and the ability to install cove baseboard would be a huge plus but NOT necessary  Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, be drug-free and the ability to pass a background check.  Ability to communicate well with others and work well within a team Job Details:  Job requires some travel through the week in company vehicles, lifting approx. 70lbs each day and moving heavy items.  Typical workweek is 40 hours with possible nights and weekends along with working in the heat and limited cold climate.  Keep tools, equipment, trucks, shop, and workplace organized and clean.  Must be able to operate vibrating machinery, work with concrete dust and chemicals.  Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with clients on the job site. Must have a positive attitude. We are NOT looking to hire sub-contractors. We are looking for skill-full employees with professional experience. Hourly rate depends on skillset and experience.
