Tree Work/Groundsperson-Hiring immediately! We are a growing tree company who takes pride in our work and provides excellent customer service to our clients. We are hiring a Groundsperson - you will provide ground support to climbers and lift/bucket operators, such as chipping debris, blowing, staging, raking, trimming, using pole saws, and managing pedestrian and vehicle traffic. This position reports to a Crew Leader. What we are looking For: A Dependable employee with a good work ethic who... Can handle a large workload, work in outdoor environment Will use and maintain all personal protective equipment Will follow detailed instructions Able to lift 50 pound or more Has a clean Drivers License - must have reliable transportation to and from work. CDL preferred - or willingness and ability to get. Pass a background check & drug test Job Description: Includes but not limited to- Assisting in removing hazardous trees Lifting, thinning, reducing tree canopies Removing debris from properties Using equipment: Chainsaws, power pruners, blowers, rakes, shovels, ladders, ropes, pulleys, mowers, weed-eaters, edgers, etc. Opportunity for a long term career with potential for growth.
