Aloha! Elite cleaning company seeking professional housekeeper & teammate for high end properties in the Wailea area. The right candidate will assist with the cleanliness & immaculate presentation of each condominium that we maintain. We're searching for a teammate that is responsible, highly attentive, honest & friendly while working in a team setting as well as on solo job assignments. We are also looking for someone with a team first attitude, strong moral character & a Spirit of Aloha! Job Details: - Cleaning Subcontractor - 1099 (Self Employed) - Cleaning products, equipment & guest amenities are provided. Responsibilities Include: - Full & thorough cleaning of all indoor areas & outdoor living spaces. - Reporting necessary maintenance items for repair and items in need of replacement. - Other duties as assigned relating to position. Cleaning Rate: - $90 - $125 per clean depending on condo & experience. - Scheduled pay increases upon positive evaluation - Bonus pay - Other fun job perks! Cleaning Hours: - Typically between the hours of 10am -4pm. - Most cleans are completed in 4-5 hours. Job Type: - Part-time, 3-5 days per week. Qualifications: - Previous housekeeping experience required. - Must have an eye for paying attention to the smallest of details. - Possess prioritization and time management skills. - Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance. - Some weekend work is a MUST in this business, no exceptions. - Must be able to perform all physical aspects of job requirements. - Must be flexible, able to self-motivate, work independently and in a team setting. - Reliable transportation (your own vehicle is necessary) - Proficient English speaking skills. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Must be a highly responsible & reliable person & teammate. *** VERY IMPORTANT*** Please respond via email with some info about yourself & your cleaning experience.
