Production Line Technician Job Description SUMMARY Responsible for operating and working on the production line, assembling applicable components for finished goods, and other production related tasks. REPORTS TO: Production Supervisor ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Work safely in a fast-paced environment • Maintain quality control standards and report any issues to the supervisor • Clean and maintain the production line • Maintain the production areas in a clean and organized manner • Follow standard operating procedures • Meet production goals • Prepare and assemble components for finished products • Assist in warehousing needs • Performs other related tasks as needed THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS • A positive, adaptable, and flexible attitude • Experience working on a production line or in a manufacturing facility • The ability to adapt to changes in the production schedule with little to no notice • Experience safely operating forklifts and pallet jacks • Basic mechanical skills REQUIREMENTS • Adhere to safety standards and policies • Must be able to work a schedule of Monday through Friday with occasional weekend days; must occasionally be able to work extended hours • Must be flexible with day to day activities • Must have reliable transportation • Must be able to work independently • Must be able to multi-task and problem solve PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Be able to safely lift 10 to 30lbs on a regular basis, and on occasion up to 50lbs. • Be able to stand for extended periods of time • Be able to work in a warm, loud environment AD******************** Hawaii Sea Spirits Organic Farm and Distillery is growing rapidly and our team is expanding. We are seeking out candidates for our full-time Production Line Tech position. Production Line Technician's operate production equipment, as well as assemble applicable components. They must be able to closely follow guidelines of the product being manufactured to ensure that product specifications are met. They will also assist in a variety of aspects throughout the business as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Work safely in a fast paced environment -Maintain quality control standards and report any issues to supervisor -Clean and maintain the bottling line and production areas -Follow standard operating procedures -Assist in warehousing needs -Meet production goals Requirements: -Adhere to safety standards and policies -Must be able to lift between 20 and 30 lbs. regularly, and on occasion up to 50lbs -Be able to work in a loud environment -Be flexible with the day to day activities -Be able to stand for extended periods of time -Be able to multi-task and problem solve -Work in a team environment -The ability to work independently and unsupervised -Have reliable transportation -Be available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM Benefits include: medical, dental, and vision premiums paid for by the company once eligible.
