Wanted: dog to protect us from loose aggressive dogs

Tired of loose unleashed dogs attacking and busting up my dogs when I walk them. Today, three different dogs from two different houses on one street alone attacked my dog aggressively. This isn’t counting all the other times and streets. On a different street a pack of dogs from one house attacked my son while he was running. I have asked one guy who’s dog attacked my dog on two different occasions to keep his dog contained. Even offered to buy him a leash! He told me straight up, “No”. So....lets get this party started!
