2 yr old Dog looking for a new Family

Chai is 35 lbs and 2 years old. I am looking to rehome her because she started to have some issues with our other dogs. She is not friendly with cats or other dogs. She is very friendly with people. She is UTD, spayed, microchipped, and has been on Trifexis (Monthly flea, heartworm, and parasite protection). I will be donating her favorite toys, clothes, Trifexis, and food to her new home. Adoption fee of $50. Chai has been amazing in her training. She is extremely obedient and learns tricks extremely fast. Within a few months, she already knows the basics (sit, down, stay), recall, beg, weaving through legs, and heeling between legs. Her favorite tricks to do are spin and the touch command. She is crate trained and goes into the crate when given the crate command. She is a cuddle-buddy and will snuggle next to you for hours if she could. Her favorite place to be is in someone's lap. She is a medium-energy dog. She enjoys to play tug-of-war or just laying around in a chair or couch for hours. She is amazing on car rides and knows how to jump in and out of a car.
