CRS Mover Part Time Position, NY Description: CRS is looking for a skilled relocation laborer, ready for immediate work. CRS Movers need to be willing to learn all of the different services we offer and work hard to support the CRS Team. CRS only provides the highest quality of service to clients, and expects all CRS Personnel to exemplify this in their presentation and work ethic on and off site. Role & Responsibilities: Your role as a Mover is to be a solutions driven individual that can report to and support the CRS Team through a successful project every time. You will report to and be dispatched daily by the CRS Dispatcher. When on site, you will either report to a CRS Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Foreman, or Foreman. Punctuality is important, plan to be on site early, in case there are any unforeseen delays on your commute, as being late is unacceptable. At times, you will be required to assist with “out of scope” and important tasks, as directed. At times, CRS Clients or other vendors will come to you for guidance or advice. You must have the ability to properly communicate with all individuals on site (CRS Personnel or non-CRS Personnel), and immediately report and introduce any non-CRS Personnel to your on site supervisor. You will always need to ensure that you are handling customers belongings’ correctly, and deliver items safely within the proper time and budget, as quoted. When reporting directly to a CRS Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Foreman, or Foreman you are responsible for all outlined above requirements and any additional assistance that is required to complete and deliver a successful move. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay start at $15 per hour with potential to make up to $20 per hour depending on experience, PTO/sick days, participation in company 401k plan, and an opportunity to work for a growing and leading industry company.
