Resume and references Job Summary: Reliable maintenance technician to perform maintenance, cleaning and repair to building exteriors, grounds and HOA facilities. This position works under limited supervision, often solo, is responsible for a wide variety of activities and reports to the HOA Manager. Job Duties: Exterior painting, drywall repair, small exterior building repair, fence repair, gutter cleaning and downspout repair, exterior lighting maintenance, general landscape maintenance, snow removal, pool maintenance, sweeping carports and trash rooms, servicing dog stations, and assisting HOA Manager with other jobs and projects as needed Hours: 4-5 days/week (May-November), 3 days/week (December-April) Mostly weekday with occasional weekends for snow removal and pool maintenance Willingness to have some flexibility in scheduling is a must Requirements: Experience as a maintenance tech, handyman or similar Experience with exterior building, fence and drywall repairs and painting Irrigation, grounds or pool maintenance experience a plus Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and creative problem-solving skills Detail oriented, organized and self-motivated Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to safely use tall ladders and work on roof tops Must be legally employable in the state of Colorado Must understand and speak English
