Broadway Hospitality Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain over 10+ restaurants. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure, ensuring that all facilities are safe and well functioning. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, have background in the construction field and have the ability to work on the road. Leadership abilities and phenomenal efficiency can set you apart among our candidate pool. Driving license required, company vehicle will be provided. A basic background in the maintenance field is required, having skills such as carpentry/plumbing/painting/electrical/HVAC. The goal is to ensure our business’s locations are safe for both customers and employees to operate within. Responsibilities • Plan and repair any miscellaneous issues (HVAC, heat, electricity, plumbing, etc.) Scheduling necessary contractors if needed. • Hands on position, ability to adapt to a new work environment quickly. • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health/safety standards. • Inspect buildings’ structures/equipment to determine the need for repairs or renovations • Supervise all external contractors if applicable and cannot be fulfilled in house. • The ability to work on the road, multiple locations across MA/RI. • Work schedule Monday through Friday, emergency calls at any notice. Skills • Carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC background required. • Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position. • Well-versed in operations and facilities management best practices. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills. • Good analytical/critical thinking. • BSC/BA in facility management or relevant trade certifications if applicable. • Relevant professional qualification will be an advantage. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
