Beverly Pallet Company seeks full time and part time pallet repair employees. Monday thur Friday and some Saturdays. This position is primarily making basic repairs on used pallets. Also building reman pallets. The positions involve continuous lifting of up to 70 lbs. throughout an 8 eight hour shift. In addition this position requires the ability to effectively perform other physical tasks such as bending, twisting, reaching and lifting. Duties: Conduct all activities and perform all job duties and functions following strict adherence to established company safety behaviors, processes, and procedures. Inspect and determine level of repair pallet needs following established repair criteria. Repair pallet using provided tools, wood components, and proper process and procedures. Sort pallets accurately based on appropriate quality and grade as determined through inspection and repair process. Also take apart pallets with band saw. Perform sanitation "Clean as You Go" and good housekeeping practices. Any other duties as assigned by site leadership. Experience preferred but will train the right person.
