ATA Lawn and Landscape, LLC. is looking for skilled individuals (labormen) who MUST have experience in the landscape field to work on a landscape/lawn mowing crew. Our clientele is mostly residential clients who expect a friendly, reliable, honest service while providing the highest level of quality work. We are looking for an employee that can grow with the company showing passion in their work. Being friendly with the customers (strong customer service relations) and perfecting every last detail in the service has led us to the success we have had. We are a first class service. **Having 9 crews we are looking for help on landscape install crews (labor men position) Requirements: 1. Must have previous landscape experience (with weed wackers, edgers, mulching) 2. We do not pay under the table, all paychecks are processed through our payroll company. 3. Method of transportation to our facility in Berlin NJ, valid drivers license is a plus (required for foreman). 4. Hard working, honest, friendly characteristics towards our customers, our current employees and towards our well maintained equipment. We want a crew that executes jobs with the highest level of quality, while taking care of our customers. It plays a big role in the mission statement of the company. 5. An individual who is on time. We offer plenty of over time, and take care of our employees. What we provide: 1. A safe working environment and honest employment. 2. Steady work from March to December with unemployment in the off season. 3. New and well maintained equipment and trucks. 4. Friendly co-workers. 5. Saturday/Sundays off. 6. Overtime available. 7. 1 week paid off + paid holidays. 8. We responsibly have fun at work through having high moral crew leaders. Pay is contingent upon what they can do for us ($14.00- $19.00) but for the right candidate we may pay more.
