A luxury high-rise condominium property in Miami Beach is seeking a full time Maintenance Technician. Position overview: The Maintenance Lead is responsible for maintenance, housekeeping, cleaning, minor repair, and general upkeep of all common property and facilities of the Association as they relate to the grounds, building, equipment, and recreational facilities. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Drywall/painting repair Light plumbing Electrical repairs Picking up debris around the property Minor carpentry Other maintenance duties as assigned Qualifications: H.S Diploma is required Highly reliable and punctual Strong communication skills; written and verbal Detail-oriented Strong time management MS Office Suite experience required such as Word, Excel, and Outlook Maintenance experience (preferably in a condo, HOA or residential setting)
