Luxury High-Rise Condominium is Miami Beach is looking to hire a full-time housekeeper. Schedule: Tuesday -Saturday, 8:30am to 5pm. Position overview: The Housekeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of all common property and facilities of the Association as they relate to the grounds, building, equipment, and recreational facilities. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Sweep and mop floors Clean building by emptying trash, sweeping and cleaning surfaces Dust furniture and surfaces Identify and report possible repairs Other housekeeping/janitor duties as assigned Qualifications: Highly reliable and punctual Strong communication skills; written and verbal Detail-oriented Strong time management Housekeeping experience (preferably in a condo, HOA, residential or hotel setting)
