Local family owned company, has available full-time positions available year round for motivated general laborers in the agricultural/welding industry. This position will REQUIRE overnight/weekly travel for periods of time. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Farming or welding background is a MUST. Applicant must be flexible depending on project load and location. Applicant must be willing to work 10-14 hour days if needed. Must be motivated, have a good attitude, be a self-starter, punctual, good attendance record, and be able to work as a team. Applicant must complete a background check, have a valid driver's license with good/excellent driving record, and have own way of transportation to and from work. Applicant must be able to accurately read a tape measure and follow directions. This position will require the applicant to lift 50lbs and do repetitive necessary bending. Applicant must comply with 90 day probationary period. Health, dental, vision and supplemental benefits offered the month following 60 days of full-time employment. Wages are competitive and will be based on previous valid work experience in welding or related field, during initial interview. We are looking to fill these positions within the next 15-30 days.
