So, here's the deal.... We are a local stone company that is a little more than extremely busy and we are needing additional workers. No experience needed. WE WILL TRAIN YOU! You just need to be at least 18 years of age. For being a stone company, the work is surprisingly easy. Women do this work and are encouraged to apply. You don't need to be tough, just show up for work on time, follow the rules and put some care into what you do. Really, in a nutshell, it's as simple as that. So... what's in it for you? Well the job starts at $16.00 per hour. Plus bonuses. We most always get weekly production bonuses ranging from $50.00 to $150.00 (per week). So when we get a $150 bonus, it's like making $17.75 an hour. Wow! And you're still just the new person! And if you make it to work everyday on time, while doing what is asked of you or more for your first 60 calendar days, we will throw you a $1.00 per hour raise! Sheesh.... that sounds a little too good to be true.... but wait... there's more! We work a scheduled 4 day week. Monday thru Thursday. Which is nice.... It's either four 10 hour shifts or four 10 1/2 hour shifts depending on where you are assigned. We pay drive time to the jobsite ( we provide the transportation ) and we pay all breaks and lunches. So for example, if you are on the 10 1/2 hour shift, you actually only work for 8 1/2 hours per day! And on top of that, four 10 1/2 hour shifts gives you two automatic hours of overtime pay! More overtime is available ( Fridays ) to those who show a go-getter attitude. Lots of other perks like 401K, health and dental insurance available, simple to request time off, constant year round work, and growth you can feel and see. Seriously, most anyone can do this work. Most everything is automated. Tons of opportunity for advancement into equipment and machines such as stone saws, excavators, front end loaders, haul trucks..... the list goes on and on.
