Job Title:Lawn Irrigation Technician/Installer Company:Sunrise Irrigation Job location: Multiple locations, based out of Plainfield, IN 46168 Pay and Benefits $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching, Supplemental Pay, Bonus pay, Commission pay Job Type: Full-time Job Description This is a direct hire, full time position with benefits and bonus pay! Start working immediately. Sunrise Irrigation is currently hiring a full time lawn irrigation technician. We will provide on the job training. The ideal candidate is very hands on, a self-starter, and a quick learner. We are a small company with a passion for customer service and satisfaction, outdoors, and proving water to landscapes in the most efficient way possible. Responsibilities: Include but not limited to: Lawn irrigation maintenance including start-ups, winterizations, repair, troubleshooting, problem solving, and new system installations. Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Highschool diploma or equivalent. Basic math comprehension. I-9 verified. Have a positive attitude and work well with others. Present yourself in a clean and well-groomed manner. Physically fit, job requires lots of walking and digging. Ability to work alone and be a self-starter. Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions. Good communication skills. Must be able to safety haul equipment and materials with a truck and trailer. Experience: *no experience necessary, we will train for the position. A background in landscaping, operating machinery, construction, and plumbing is a plus. Compensation: *Pay is based on experience starting at $18/hour and up. *Experience, certifications, work history, and industrial knowledge will determine rate of pay. *Year-end bonus will be given based on performance and good attendance. *Monthly commission paid on all parts sales on time and material jobs. *401k match of up to 3% (employee participation required) Work Schedule and Location: *Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. *Our service area is the greater Indianapolis with a strong focus of customers on the west side and southside of Indianapolis. We start each day from Plainfield 46168. *This position is season. We begin work approximately March 15th and conclude approximately December 15th.
