Jesse Ford Construction is looking to hire more framers/carpenters. A little about us: We are a family owned and operated business. We have been in the industry for 2 generations. We frame custom homes, panelized houses, and apartments. Nearly all of our work is in Redmond and Sisters. Currently we have 3 crews and are looking to hire enough guys to be able to run 5 crews. We work Monday through Friday from 8 to 4:30. There is some opertunity to work weekends as well but that is never mandatory. Pay is based on experience. We are open to hiring employees as well as licensed contractors. We are looking for reliable, long term employees.
