milking position and/or background farm help

Looking for milker on dairy, near Goddard Eisenhower HS. generally M-F, 11am-2:30 pm or 7-10:30 pm time frame most likely, possible 3 a.m. start. Detail oriented, process driven person that can think on their feet, and move along and work quickly. Avg. build works best. Good facility, clean cows. Men highly preferred due to facilities. Experience or very similar required. This is not a team sport usually; when trained you'll be expected to do this on your own. Also potentially some "background" farm work like equipment prep or service, mowing, or whatever I'm having trouble getting done. This would be outside the milking routine and intermittent. In the reply give some background information that would be useful like previous experience, having a job now, appx where you live, or other details. "Interested" replies get you nowhere. If you think this "might" be something "different" or "interesting" you "may" want to check out...don't and save both of us the trouble. I need you to mostly already know what you're getting into. Not trying to be a jerk; just whittling down unnecessary responses.
