Practice Grounding with Art
You can battle anxiety by practicing grounding techniques. Acknowledge your senses and surroundings. You may have heard about focusing on five things you can see, four things you can touch, three things you can hear, two things you can smell, and one thing you can taste approach. The goal is to bring runaway thoughts back to the present and to take control . We have exercises in which you can refocus and ground yourself while creating that can help with anxiety and bring about a positive turn and self awareness. Exercises like chalking on pavement, using clay, drawing with charcoal, etc Our supportive staff and studio community will join you so you are not alone.
