Maintenance (PART-TIME) (Port Charlotte, FL) Seeking part time (Mon.-Fri. - 29 hours; flexible) maintenance position to perform the following essential duties in a 55+ manufactured home community. Basic maintenance skills and repair skills relevant to buildings and community infrastructure. Cleaning of community infrastructure: Clubhouse, Office, Pier, Vacant Lots Repair broken/install new water lines as needed Upkeep of roads Maintain Golf Cart fleet batteries, service tire punctures, clean Pressure washing or soft washing and painting for upkeep Light landscaping work to remove small trees and/or limbs/fill dirt or move dirt Light construction work to include digging, construction and/or repair of signs, fence, shelving, etc. Oversee/Coordinate, development and general maintenance contracts. Working with vendors for multiple different services to research, develop plans, coordinate action, and see through to the end result.
