Route Manager wanted for full time employment at our Blue Lake dispatch center. We are a family owned and operated company servicing all of Humboldt County. Duties Include: Oversee and manage route truck drivers Resolve dispatch issues/route delays Work with dispatch/office staff to coordinate any route or scheduling changes Ensure OSHA compliance and address any safety concerns Inventory Management Cover driver routes if needed Requirements: Valid California DMV Class C Drivers License A clean driving record Pass pre-employment drug test Available Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work Available to be On-Call for emergency issues on the weekends *Management and dispatch experience a plus* We offer excellent benefits including: medical, dental, vision, 401k, cellphone, and fuel card.
