Job Description: Mobile Electronics Installer, full time and part time position. Installation of car stereo, mobile navigation, mobile video, and car alarm systems, etc. Assist in shop opening and closing procedures. Must be an outgoing personality and have a real desire to work with people. Must have some current knowledge of all car audio and video electronics and be willing to learn on a continuous basis. Need to be able to provide the customer with a complete demonstration of the products he or she has purchased and had installed. Goals of position: The primary goal of this position is to be completely knowledgeable in all current car audio / video products. Be able to recognize a customer’s needs, perform and accurate and decisive Installation resulting in a High degree of customer satisfaction. Full Time Position: We are open Monday through Saturday from 9 am until 6pm. This is a five day work week with one day off during the Monday thru Saturday period. You’re expected to report and be ready to work for 9am and work until 6pm are until the last customer has been completed. Compensation: 11.00 per hour or 40% commission of all installation labor completed in a given pay period. Bonuses for exceptional performance also available. Average full time Installer earns $30,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year. Part Time Position: We are open Monday through Saturday from 9 am until 6pm. Part time employees work three full days per week. Starting Compensation for part time Sales positions: $10.00 per hour or 40% commission of all installation labor completed in a given pay period. Bonuses for exceptional performance also available. Average part time Installers earn $15,000.00 to $25,000.00 per year.
