Enjoy a live guided meditation and sound bath healing session at the Meditation Supply Store in Ocean Beach! Come by and reset! We are offering a free sound bath healing and guided meditation. Please note, this is a FREE event to join, but a donation is required to reserve your seat. You will receive the total amount of your donation as in-store credit or you may redeem your donation in cash after you attend the session.Our meditation coach will guide you through a (20-30min) mindfulness meditation and play the sound healing bowls you assist you in getting into a centered, meditative state. Everyone can benefit, from the beginner to the advanced meditators, and our meditation coach promises to make every session enjoyable, welcoming, and easy to follow.
