Maintenance Technician for Rental Homes

Growing metro area Property Management company, Mauzy Properties, seeking additional team members to aid in the repair and maintenance of our rental homes and apartments. We are seeking awesome people who are mechanically inclined and are eager to learn about all the aspects of rental home and multifamily maintenance. Company provided vehicle, iPhone, tools and ongoing training. Generous benefit plan with health insurance, paid vacation and PTO. We are looking for general maintenance/project technicians with experience or willing to learn (we will train): Responsibilities Include: -Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion -Estimate time and extent of repairs -Perform routine preventive maintenance -Maintain material and supply inventory -Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary ​Qualifications: -Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields, or mechanically inclined and ready to learn -Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment -Ability to handle physical workload -Deadline and detail-oriented REQUIRED: Clean background and driving record **Reply to with an updated resume** About Mauzy Properties- Established in 2010 we are a full-service real estate brokerage specializing in managing, buying and selling properties.
