Research scientists at the University of California San Francisco and the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center are conducting a study to learn more about how the brains of healthy individuals compare to those in substance abuse treatment.
You are NOT eligible to participate if you have a history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, ADHD, diabetes, stroke, high blood pressure, alcohol abuse or daily use of illegal substances (e.g., marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine). Cigarette smokers ARE eligible to participate.
