The perfect candidate for our Service Department Lead position has experience supervising a crew of 2 to 3 people, ensures the crew is operating to optimize safety, service, quality and production and is a TEAM player that works well with others. Requirements for the position are as follows... * Working Knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety * Good communication, leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills. * Experience with Single Ply’s EPDM, TPO, PVC * Experience in Built-Up roofing a Plus * Ability to do daily paperwork * Knowledge of safety regulations for roofing * A Valid Driver’s License * Ability to climb up and down Ladders We offer our employees Health/Dental/Vision insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation and Competitive Wages.
