Velma is a 5 month old Basenji-Shepherd mix puppy. She will be in the 30-40lbs range when full grown. She was originally from Mexico and has been here for 2 ½ months. She is sweet and loving and then she is full of puppy mischief. Velma has a birth defect in one eye. It just didn’t grow like her other eye. It’s cosmetic.
