Welding fabrication needed

Description

We are are a church and I need a welder who is creative to fabricate (ideally out of aluminum, but steel is okay) several brackets that can be added to our dollies for the moving of chairs around our building! We have 4 dollies and move chairs all the time- we have several different kinds of chairs so we need a some custom brackets made that can be taken on and off... I have a design in mind and can pay cash on delivery and 25% up front for supplies, etc.
