Ensures all quality standards are met for ABODA Corporate Housing, ABODA Furnishings, and ABODA Cleaning Services prior to a guest arrival.
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday.
Essential Functions:
Inspect corporate housing units using the quality assurance checklist to ensure the unit is guest ready
Set up new equipment, perform troubleshooting and exchange internet/cable equipment as needed
Replace or restock any missing items from the unit
Perform minor cleaning tasks prior to guest arrival including but not limited to vacuuming
Perform occupied unit inspections to document any damage
Clean carpet, upholstery, tile and grout, and area rugs
Process upholstery and area rugs to store in the warehouse
Execute stain and spot removal with proper chemicals
Apply urine treatments effectively
Perform all tasks necessary to set up, maintain, and close out Corporate Housing, staging, and rental units
Loading and unloading trucks
Preparing, picking, and delivering furniture and housewares
Picking up, processing/cleaning, and storing furniture and housewares
Complete all daily work orders
Communicate to dispatch any work orders needed
Restock vehicle with necessary items at the end of your shift
Sign leases and fill out all applicable paperwork
Make infield household deliveries
Perform daily vehicle inspection prior to leaving Headquarters
Maintain tool bag inventory
Perform pest inspections in unoccupied units
Provide tours and meet and greets for guests
Make minor repairs and perform touch up painting as necessary to meet quality standards
Assemble key packets in the field and drop off keys to various pick up/drop off locations
Assist guests with the movement of personal belongings
Process cable/internet equipment both for internal inventory and weekly return
Operate heat treatment trailer on furniture or perform pest treatment in units
Other duties as assigned
