Hello - Looking to branch out and start looking for an established band or individual musicians to start a band. I've been doing a lot of recording and collaborating the past year and I'm hoping to get the ball rolling for something to rehearse and play live as soon as things clear up. Tacoma possibly Seattle & Portland etc. It's tough to say what's still going to be open at this point. I'm looking for more experienced players that are committed. Meaning: decent equipment, transportation, no drug/alcohol issues and show up ready to play. Stylistically something generally rock based but definitely with some funky twists and grooves and maybe a jazz vibe here and there. A cover or two would be good once the basics are established. No metal, punk or country. Upbeat, danceable tunes would be great. Please send some of your material and I'm happy to do the same.
