My Conure Needs a New Home

My little parrot is a 4 years old Cinnamon Conure I adopted when he was 3 months old. Assumed to be a female, he proved not to be and displays a clear preference for women. So, he's four years old and they typically live to be 25. The bird is very social, playful, talkative and inquisitive. He has proven to be reluctant to potty training and likes to chew on wooden stuff, not necessarily one of his numerous toys. I love the little thing, but it seems to be very much of a one-sided relationship. I am convinced that he will be happier with a lady owner. The spoiled little twerp comes with three cages, all his toys and a bunch of food. I will make sure that he goes to a good home. I really do love the little bird. There is a rehoming fee of $300 to cover the cages (one is for transportation). I will also ask $250 for the bird that will be refunded after a year if the bird is well cared for. I will check. You need to live fairly close to Rock Hill. Thank you for your help and your interest.
