The UPS Store in Natick is searching for a dedicated individual with great customer service skills.  Position is full time (35-40 hours a week).  Our store hours include Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 6 pm, Saturday 9 am to 5 pm, and the 4 Sundays between Thanksgiving and Christmas 12 pm to 4 pm.   This is a full-time permanent position!!! Candidates must be available to work Saturdays and 3-4 additional days during the week from 10:30 to 6 pm.  Dependability, experience with POS systems, reliable transportation, accuracy, the ability to multitask and work with others as well as a friendly, helpful attitude are a must!  Interest in providing world-class customer service in a team-based work environment is required. Duties include assisting customers with their shipping needs, packing shipments, preparing shipment documentation, and explaining the wide range of services that we offer.  Requirements: * 2-3 years experience in retail or customer service * A friendly, genuinely helpful demeanor * Knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe programs * Strong, verbal/written skills in English, including spelling and math * Excellent listening skills * Solid telephone skills * Accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to stand for long periods of time * Ability to lift 40+ pounds * A high school diploma or GED * A dependable vehicle. Previous UPS Store, shipping or key holder experience will be given priority.  Notary Public appointment, or the ability become one is preferred.  Simple carpentry skills are a plus. $14-16 an hour to start.  Benefits include Paid Time Off for full-time employees after 90 days, sales bonus, employee discount, uniforms, and paid training.
