Green Guys is a full service Longmont based 5-star A+ rating company providing commercial and HOA property maintenance, residential and commercial landscape design and build services. We are currently hiring crewmembers and foremen for both divisions. Candidates for the maintenance division must be skilled/proficient in line trimming. Candidates for the landscape division must have experience with irrigation system buildouts and maintenance, ground preparation, installation of sod, rock, mulch, miscellaneous plant materials. Experience in hardscape a plus. All applicants must have experience in the industry and willing to perform from the simplest tasks to the most elaborate projects to create and/or maintain beautiful landscapes. Musts for any of our positions: attention to quality and detail, capable of following instructions, staying on-track to meet project deadlines, able to lift and carry 50 pounds, be familiar with using/caring tools and equipment, clean driving record and valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to and from work, punctual, strong work ethic, responsible and accountable. Pass drug test, if required. Pay starting at $18 to $35 per hour based on experience and position. Work week Monday thru Saturday, Sundays occasionally, 8-to-10-hour days. Bi-weekly payroll. Hiring conditions: 2-week try-out period, followed by a 3-month probationary period.
