I'm trying to find a home for my neighbor's dog. It's a long story but right now he is staying with me and I can't keep him. His name is ralph and he is a very sweet boy but his fur is matted and he has one eye due to an incident with another dog. He gets nervous when people try to groom him but I think if someone put the time and effort in you could get his hair under control. In not looking for judgement I'm just trying to do the right thing by this animal.
