BROCKTON, MA — Two Brockton men have been accused of drug trafficking following a four-month investigation by Massachusetts State Police and Brockton police, said Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz in a news release Saturday. Prosecutors say Delvin Abreu, 22, and Malik Miller, 23, are facing charges including trafficking, distribution, possession with intent to distribute, and conspiracy. As a result of their investigation, police sought and obtained knock and announce search warrants out of Brockton District Court and executed them at Abreu and Miller's residences Thursday, said Cruz. They seized fentanyl, cocaine, Xanax, and approximately $25,000 in cash. Abreu and Miller are scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Brockton District Court.
