We are an Atlanta-based Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute band that works with a professional entertainment agency here in the Southeast. We are seeking a vocalist aged 30 to 50 who can sing and sound exactly like Ronnie Van Zant. We're looking for someone steeped in Skynyrd’s history and information -- someone who understands the mechanics and the required talents of a Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute band. The musicians in the band are able to play Skynyrd compositions note for note, and expertly recreate the sound of Lynyrd Skynyrd. The members are experienced musicians who read music and have big stage experience with premium artists. We take the project very seriously and we have high performance demands. We're well-connected in the industry and have top-tier backing for this project. Candidates should be prepared to submit a bio, links to performance videos, recordings, and any other collateral that you feel showcases your talents and appropriateness of fit. Candidates should be available for weekend travel that usually does not exceed 120 miles, so Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, North and South Carolina. We have played festivals in Texas, Illinois, Virginia, and Maryland as well.
