Need a 6 foot privacy fence section built

As noted in the title, I would like a 6 foot wood privacy fence and gate section built. I have included pictures of the area, essentially the first section of the gate should span the walk way and is 7 ft 2 inches long. In this I have like a 4 foot wide gate. The second section of the fence will run along the current fence on the side. Its length will be 30fft. Total: 37ft 2 in of fencing inclusive of a 4 ft gate. I would prefer for the fence to be constructed in a horizontal manner (pictured), however will alternatively do a vertical fence (also pictured) if the price is cheaper. Please provide a quote with material and labor separate. One for the construction of the horizontal fence, the second for a vertical fence. If done right opportunity for two additional sections exists. I am more than willing to pay a fair price but lets not waste both of our time with outrageous prices.
